Covid-19 Secure Workplace Guidelines
The health and safety of both practitioner, Sally Forgham and clients of Equilibrium Reflexology, The Garden room, Burbage are my utmost priority. I aim to provide the highest safety and hygiene standards to protect your wellbeing whilst in my care.
I am closely monitoring the advice from the government and my association, Professional Reflexology (PR), and have made some changes in how I will operate under their best guidance:
- Government Guidelines advise that all clients should wear a mask for close contact treatments. Please bring one with you.
- Children will not be required to wear one.
- I have introduced a hand sanitising station, please use this on the way in and on the way out.
- Please be advised to use a toilet before arrival, however there is a toilet available if necessary.
- Cleaning of all commonly touched surfaces will be carried out in between each client and a thorough clean at the end of each day.
If you are unwell you are advised to postpone your appointment until you are symptom-free and no longer required to self-isolate. Please contact me as soon as possible to advise that you will not be attending.
Please ensure the following is adhered to when arriving for your face-to-face appointment.

I am committed to your comfort while you are with me, so ask that you bring your own water bottle, it is important to stay hydrated throughout and following the session.
The number of personal possessions brought into the space should be minimised and you will be asked to leave these in the annexe where possible.
